Back in 2015 and 2016, while attending Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University, I made a couple trips out to the Cascade Falls Park.
The main attraction to the Cascade Falls, was the actually waterfall itself.
The hike is not difficult one to complete and is very peaceful. The path to the top of the waterfall is usually blocked due to the dangers of slipping and falling on to the rocks. There are warning/danger signs posted on the path that leads up to the top of the waterfall (kids have ignored the warnings and obviously fell).
